Mobility paper for the public transport of disabled people

Every firm that operates in the sector of the public transport must feel busy in the respect of the in force Constitutional norm that establishes the "free circulation of people in the national territory." To this it needs to add the art. 8 of the Treaty of Maastricht that guarantees, to every European citizen, the free circulation in the territory of the states members.

From this it derives the "right to mobility" which allows any citizen to use through a free choice, modal solutions most suitable to it.

Starting from this fundamental premise, Barzi Service S.r.l. intends to improve its own services which are articulated in various typologies of transport, involving, in primis, its own internal resources but also and above all, the consumer, that intends use the service that the company intends to provide. This means to put in the spotlight the "Quality of the service”. To such intention, the firm has acquired the certification of the System of Quality according to the norms UNI EN ISO 9001:2000. In conclusion: With the present Paper Of the Mobility, Barzi Service S.r.l., in fulfilment to what the Italian State with the 1994 directive foresees and, following, also the Region Veneto, intends to pursue two fundamental objectives: *Improvement of the quality of the services provided; *Improvement of the relationship between consumer and supplier of the service. Barzi Service S.r.l. is a company that begins its activity of public transport in 1954. After various changes, today its reality is sum of a series of services: * Public suburban transport line; * The stop of terminal in the city chief town allows, due to the proximity, an easy use of transportations of other firms, urban and suburban, and the use of the near central Railway Station. * The service of T.P.L. is daily made, 6 days in the week, excluded Sundays and holidays. Fares are practiced in the least measure established by the regional law. In the intent nevertheless to facilitate the weakest, the company applies currently a series of suitable rates: * Tickets of simple run * Annual Subscriptions for students, monthly and fortnightly subscriptions for students / workers and ordinary monthly and fortnightly subscriptions. * Services of tourism of quality: with minibus GT 8 and 16 seats besides GT and GTL bus from 47 -54/55 and 62 seats. * Disabled services of transport, both with small and big coaches, endowed with all the structures and services required for such particular transports. * Travel agency. * Scholastic services of transport. * Services of transport for big industries. The economic result is now all over and this has also allowed the recent construction of new offices and warehouses of their fleet. * 907.618 km of service * N. 23 Buses * N. 16 workers The company, in order to provide continuity and security by means of fully efficient and in compliance with ISO rules, adopted the system of planned maintenance and continuous monitoring methods.
