Driving hours for staff:
The Law (DE n.561/2006) about driving time for drivers for daily services forecasts, 12 hours of tape work, 9 hours of driving, 15 hours of tape if the driver during the 15 hours has 3 hours of uninterrupted rest.
The employment of the 2nd driver is expected when the first driver surpasses 9 hours of driving or 15 hours of tape work. In case of services with the engagement of the 2nd driver, his presence is obliged for the entire duration of the trip. The law also establishes that, after 6 working days , the driver has to observe 1 day of completely rest without driving service.
